If I could put 100 stars I would. I should have done a review years ago lol but I have been going here for 3 years now and it is the pho that turns a bad day into a good one. The food alone is amazing. If you decide you want to eat there is even more better !! Family oriented and respectful and caring. By far the best pho we have in the city. 10/10 I truly recommend!! I have put some pictures of some stuff I got today. I always get the pho tai and fresh spring rolls ! Let me know how many time you have gone back ! Good eats !

My new favorite spot. I had the bun nem nuong and thit nuong with egg rolls. It was delicious! The seasoning and the flavors of the thit nuong was to die for !

This is a great place for comfort food and for all hunger levels. I wasn't too hungry, so I split the Ro Cha Gio (a basket of 4 crispy fried spring rolls served with green leaf lettuce and fish sauce) and the Banh Xeo (Vietnamese yellow pancakes stuffed with shrimp, lean pork, and bean sprouts served with a side of green leaf lettuce and fish sauce) with my friend. Our food came fresh from the kitchen to our table, as it was hot while we were splitting it. The serving sizes were generous, and the taste was equally as good! I also liked the amount of coconut flavor that the Banh Xeo had. Additionally, their interior was decorated nicely and unsuspecting from the outside. There were landscape paintings on their walls resembling the view out of a window, and they had plants placed throughout the restaurant; it was very cozy.

I think this is by far the best pho I have a had in Charlotte. Reminds me of the pho in Seattle very good portion size and prices are reasonable. The service was top tier and the food came out fresh. Tried a few egg rolls and spring rolls both were very delicious.

I love the warm nostalgic Vietnamese vibe inside. Our server was very kind, attentive, and hellpful. We ordered the Pho Dac Biet and Banh Xeo. The pho had a light and flavorful hot beef broth accompanied by fresh greens, delightful beef cuts, and noodles with a good chew. This was my first time ordering the Banh Xeo. Ate it with my hands. Greens were fresh and the pancakes were crispy in the outside but soft and filled with delicious meat in the inside. Dipping it in the traditional sweet fish sauce added another dimension of flavor and highlighted the different textures. We'll be back!

Love their vermicelli entrees. Excellent portions which makes the price fair. I always get combination plate and they didn't mind me substitute the meatball for extra pork. I tried someone different tonight and got Mongolian Beef from the Chinese section of the menu. It was spicy and the beef a little tough but edible. I didn't realize it on the menu but the text is in red but a bit spicy than I'm use to. Mustard sauce spicy. It's great they had Chinese egg rolls and they are huge. The service is attentive and fast. I made my order quick tonight and they were busy but it didn't take long at all.

My mom and I were in Charlotte for a conference, and when we are traveling we like to try out different local places wherever we happen to be. The front façade is quite unassuming, but don't let that stop you from going for a bite to eat! Inside, there are all of the quirky things that I have come to view as almost standard when it comes to Vietnamese restaurants... chandeliers hanging in places that make you go "Huh, that's odd", knick-knacks showing off a bit of Vietnamese culture, etc. Once we were seated, we went through the menu, which is actually pretty standard for a Vietnamese restaurant. We went for the spring rolls, some dumplings, and a bowl of pho for each of us. All of those items were good, and we enjoyed all of it, but there was nothing truly special about what we had. It was just a good experience with good food.

Atmosphere: Saigon Palace is a spacious and open restaurant almost reminiscent of a ballroom. We went a bit later at night, but there were still other people also enjoying a late night bowl of pho! Service: Our servers made us feel like old friends. There was something about their casual, familiar, yet kind demeanor that made our time at Saigon Palace comfortable. The hot bowls of soup came out relatively quickly and we were in and out of the restaurant quite fast. Food: We ordered the pork spring rolls (Go Cuon Thit Nuong) as our starter. The spring rolls were some of the best we've ever had! The balance between the pork, noodles, and vegetables was perfect, and the peanut sauce paired deliciously with the rolls. For our main dishes, we ordered the Pho Tai Chin (medium rare steak and brisket) and Bun Bo Hue (hue style noodle soup served with beef, pork knuckle, and round rice noodle). The Pho Tai Chin had a nice, full broth and a good serving of meat. The Bun Bo Hue wasn't all that spicy but still had a deep flavor that was extremely satisfying. Overall: Pho Saigon has some pretty solid food! We feel that they are a reliable spot for when you're craving a hot, comforting bowl of pho. The service was great and the food was high quality. We will definitely come back again!

If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a casual and comfortable setting, Saigon Place will definitely be one of my recommendations. The restaurant has an extensive menu featuring traditional Vietnamese food items and dishes such as: Fresh Spring Rolls Fried Spring Rolls Stir Fried Noodles Fried Rice Pho Vermicelli Noodle Bowls Vegetarian Dishes Traditional Chinese Dishes Dine-In and Takeout are both available. For the most part, customer service was excellent as my waiter was very attentive and patient. At the conclusion of my meal, I was certain I was going to leave a five-star review until I went to check out and one of the female staff members decided to point out that I needed to get my nails done. In reply, I kindly let her know my appt. was already set for that weekend. Her audacity is the reason I gave four stars. However, the taste and quality of the food is 5. MANGO BUBBLE TEA- Irresistibly sweet and delicious - MANDATORY. GỎI CUỐN (2 rolls - $6.50) - Fresh Spring rolls with shrimp, lean pork, rice noodle, lettuce, cilantro and bean sprouts wrapped in rice paper. Served with peanut sauce. - One of my favorite Vietnamese appetizers. The texture of the rolls and the flavor of the sauce is what makes this a winning combination - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. CHẢ GÌO (2 rolls- $6.50) - Crispy fried rolls with pork, taro, onion and carrots. Served with sweet & sour sauce (fish sauce) - If you love traditional fried Chinese spring rolls, you're going to love these rolls as it is only a longer version. The fish sauce pairs perfectly with the rolls as it provides an extra oomph of flavor.- RECOMMENDED. PHỞ TÁI CHÍN GÂN BÒ VIÊN ($13.95) - Medium Rare Steak, Brisket, Tendon and Meatball with noodle soup and herbs. - This bowl of soup is enough for 2-3 people, but you are going to want it all for yourself when you taste the broth. It was perfectly seasoned, I was in amazement the second it hit my tongue - MANDATORY.
